With BOWEN’s referral incentive program, it pays to develop a job search network. Not only will you be rewarded with a satisfying job that fits your life, but the person who referred you will also receive one of the following incentives.* It’s our way of saying thank you for helping us continue to find Calgary’s top talent:

• Temporary: $100 cash Bonus awarded to referrer once the referred TEMPORARY candidate has completed 100 billable hours of employment.

• Permanent: $200 cash Bonus awarded to referrer once the referred PERMANENT candidate has accepted a full-time position.

• Professional: $500, $750 or $1000 cash** Bonus awarded to referrer once the referred PROFESSIONAL candidate has accepted a full-time professional position.

*To be eligible for this referral bonus, the referrer must have registered with BOWEN and be in our database.

Note: Applicable taxes will be deducted from all referral bonuses paid.

Please Click Here to download and print the referral slip. This slip can be given to the person you are referring for they can fill it out and submit it to BOWEN. You then will be eligible to receive the applicable referral bonus.
