Timesheets

In order to provide our candidates with the highest level of customer service and make things as streamlined and efficient as possible in 2009 BOWEN moved to an on-line timesheet submission and approval process.

What does this mean for you?

  • Convenience - Allows you to access and complete your timesheets from any computer with Internet access at any time that is convenient for you.
  • Saves time - No more faxing or dropping your timesheets off. Our simple-to-use system allows you to enter and submit your time, and the system forwards your timesheet for approval and on to BOWEN for processing when approved.
  • Timesheet tracking capability - You will be able to electronically track your timesheet as it moves through the submission to approval stages.
  • Information accuracy - The on-line timesheet application will automatically calculate hours worked and allow you to indicate when hours are overtime eligible.
  • Single point of access and record keeping - You will be able to access all of your information electronically, including historical timesheets, pay stubs, as well as update your personal information, from one central website.
  • Environmentally friendly - Reduces paper consumption as supervisor approvals are handled electronically and you will no longer need to have a paper timesheet signed.
