If you are dropping off, faxing or emailing us your timesheet, please follow these easy steps:

STEP 1. Download the timesheet. Timesheet is in PDF format, which requires Adobe's free Acrobat Reader software to view, click here for Printable Timesheet.

STEP 2. Print off the timesheet and fill it out. Use only black or blue ink when filling out the timesheet. 

STEP 3. Have your supervisor approve and sign the timesheet(s). Timesheets submitted without a supervisor signature will not be paid. Please ensure that the signature is clear and legible. We recommend that you make an extra copy to retain for your personal records.

STEP 4. Submit the timesheet to BOWEN by dropping it off, sending by fax or e-mailing.


Dropping Off?

Drop off the original copy to BOWEN at 101, 525 - 7 Avenue SW, Calgary, Alberta T2P 3V5. Our office is located beside City TV across from the 4th Street LRT station. The drop box is located at the front door and can be used during and after our regular business hours. 

 

Sending By Fax?

Fax to BOWEN at (403) 269-7107. It is your responsibility to call our payroll department at (403) 538-3323 to ensure your timesheet has been received prior to the 1:00pm deadline.

 

Emailing?

Scan the signed timesheet and save as a .jpg file type attaches it to an email addressed to: payroll@bowenworks.ca. Please ensure that you preview the scanned timesheet prior to sending to ensure it is legible. It is your responsibility to call our payroll department at (403) 538-3323 to ensure your timesheet has been received prior to the 1:00 pm deadline.

 

BOWEN Statutory Pay Policy:

In order to qualify for statutory holiday pay you need to have completed 30 working days with BOWEN in the past 12 months. The statutory holiday must fall on your regularly scheduled work day. You also need to work the regular scheduled work day before and the work day following the statutory holiday.

You do not qualify for statutory holiday pay if, with or without client approval, you chose not to work the regularly scheduled work days before or following the holiday.

In Alberta the recognized statutory holidays are: New Year’s Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Labour Day, Thanksgiving Day, Remembrance Day, and Christmas Day.

BOWEN elects to pay for the following non-statutory holidays when the fore-mentioned qualifications are met: Boxing Day and Heritage Day.
